Delete your data

Delete data without closing your account

You can permanently delete your household data while keeping your account, directly in the Ottr app:

1. Open Ottr and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the Account section.
3. Tap Delete my data. This permanently removes your household’s chore history, points, leaderboard entries, and rewards for everyone in the household.
4. Confirm when prompted. This action cannot be undone.

Export before you delete (optional)

Want a copy first? In Settings → Account, tap Export my data and we’ll email you a summary of your Ottr data before you remove it.

By email

If you can’t access the app, email support@kadima-tech.com from your account email address with the subject “Delete my data”, telling us what you’d like removed. We process requests within 30 days.

What is kept

• Your account and sign-in stay active — only the data you ask us to remove is deleted.
• Free tier: your Google Sheet remains in your own Google Drive. It is yours to keep or delete; Ottr does not remove it.
