Delete your account

In the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your household data is from inside the Ottr app:

1. Open Ottr and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the Account section.
3. Tap Delete my data to permanently remove all of your household’s chore history, rewards, and records. If you are the household owner, tap Delete household to remove the entire household for everyone.
4. Confirm when prompted. This signs you out and clears the data from your device.

Note: if you have an active Ottr Plus subscription, cancel it first — the app asks you to do this before a household can be deleted.

By email (full account deletion)

To delete your account login and every piece of personal data we hold about you — including if you have uninstalled the app — email support@kadima-tech.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and process it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials.
• Your household record and membership.
• All chore history, points, leaderboard entries, and rewards.
• Email addresses and profile information stored in our systems.

What may be kept, and for how long

• Free tier: your household data lives in a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. That sheet stays in your Google account and is yours to keep or delete — Ottr does not remove it.
• Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation, within 30 days of deletion.
• Legal records: limited transaction records tied to a purchase may be retained where we are required to by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations).
